PACKAGED SEWAGE TREATMENT - ECOPLAN UNITS
For medium scale urban communities and commercial, recreatiuonal and educational complexes, the Ecoplan range of package sewage treatment plants provide a cost effective means of onsite wastwater treatment for reuse or discharge.
One of the obvious benefits is that the system is built in a quality controlled factory, without the disruption of rainy weather and concrete pours, problems of site security and uncontrolled labourers etc. Typically the unit is built in the factory over 6 weeks, trucked to the site in 1 day, installed in 1 day and commissioned the next day.
  
Traditional sewage systems are static, large footprint and energy intensive. WRG's preferred sewage treatment is smaller scale, biologically aerobic, low energy input, minimal odour, mostly chemical-free with fast reaction times suitable for reuse applications. With stainless steel components and contact areas throughout the units never rust or corrode as often seen with concrete poured complexes.
Process Overview
The Ecoplan unit is a stand-alone packaged sewage treatment plant comprising primary settlement, aeration, secondary settlemt, aerobic digestion, accumulation and disinfection.
The Ecoplan unit is designed to accept raw unsettled sewage and produce high quality final effluent without the need for ancillary tankage or equipment. As the final appearance of the unit can be blend into the landscape the units have green or orange exteriors and may be buried up to deck level. The units are covered, preventing noise and insect nusiance. The units are modular and lend to future expansion in either series or parrallel formation.
